Whilst every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access to this website. Therefore it is not possible to guarantee that information will always be completely up to date and free from errors. The descriptions of goods and services included in the Staacks website are accurate to the best of our knowledge and we do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them. However, you should be aware that the colours and appearance of images may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen.

The Images and designs used on the Staacks website are the property of Staacks or their respective copyright owners. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever.

Returns
If purchasing online or by telephone please note that all goods are carefully packaged and we are confident that your purchase will arrive safely. In the unlikely event that any item arrives damaged, please e-mail immediately to info@staacks.co.uk stating the nature of the damage to the packaging and goods. This will allow us to investigate, and we can issue you with an authorised returns number. We will require the original packaging, invoice and goods purchased within 7 days of your notice to cancel. These should be sent to: Staacks, 144 banks Road, West Kirby, Wirral.

Applicable Law
The contract between us shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.

If you are interested in sourcing works by or information on a particular artist or of a specific media, please let us know and we will endeavour to assist you in your search. A small fee is normally payable for this service although this will normally be waived if you are purchasing goods from us.

Postage
Prints are despatched to UK mainland in a postal tube. Giclee prints, where noted, will need to be sent flat packed, for this service varying charges apply for any quantity sent in this manner.(All prices may vary dependent on Post Office charges)
For areas out with the UK please contact us for postage costs.
Original works are sent within the UK at a cost dependent upon the size and nature of the art-work that you have selected. If you have purchased more than one they will normally be packaged and shipped separately.
Please contact Staacks if you require goods to be shipped out with the UK and we will be happy to give you a quote. For purchases delivered outside the European Union, you will automatically be responsible for all applicable duties.

Delivery times do vary, however, based on product availability and the nature of the unique work. An e-mail will be sent to confirm despatch of your goods.
